Ibby joined Hair La natural Team in early 2023, and brings over 20 year’s experience to the team.
Originally from Israel, Ibby took off traveling in her early 20s and ended up in Sydney where she completed her training, She has worked in many of Sydney’s prestigious salons including Joh Bailey, Gillian Adams for the past 20 years, dealing with high profile clients such as fashion designers, photographers and celebrities. During these years, she developed her outstanding customer service and hairdressing skills, learning all things regarding managing a top branded salon and creating new looks.
Ibby also completed the master of balayage program where she studied for 6 months with Ryan Weeden (top hairstylist in the United States) where she learnt all new modern technique to create the perfect blonde and balayage. Ibby is passionate and specialises in all things blonde and balayage. If you’re fussy with your blonde or Balayage, then Ibby is the stylist for you. She loves to create different looks, combining many different techniques including foils, micro foils, teasy-lights and baby lights, root melting to create your unique perfect colour, keratins etc, and her styling is amazing and again unique! She is dedicated individual who thoroughly enjoys providing a constant top-quality and customer focused service, She is a friendly and approachable team player who has been fortunate enough to make great friendships and partnerships with both stylists, suppliers and clients alike which has earnt her respect in the industry. In her spare time, you will find her other passion of traveling somewhere in the world, or at the beach enjoying the sunrise and sunset
